Our on-site entomologist and expert managers provide consulting services and remain hands-on in all phases of pest and rodent control, including termites and carpenter ants.

In 1990, our company became a member of New Jersey Apartment Association, and throughout the last fifteen years, Steve has developed a close relationship with many of the owners and managers involved with the organization. S&M Exterminating takes pride in these relationships and therefore continues to support NJAA to their fullest.

S&M Exterminating has been a proud member of the New Jersey Pest Management Association and the National Pest Management Association for the last 25 years. Through these great organizations, S&M and their technicians continue to extend their knowledge and training with extensive certification courses.

S&M is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Community Association Institute (CAI), two organizations that we work closely with to help them resolve their pest management problems.
